• Recording or redistribution of live sessions/videos is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Membership

VIP Lifetime Membership is non-refundable except as per our refund policy (if any). All fees are in INR.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, strategies, videos, signals are owned by CSB. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution will result in legal action.

5. User Conduct

No spam, harassment, or illegal activities in community/chat. We may terminate access without refund for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any trading losses. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Chandrapur/Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
